Activation (how to self-exclude)

To initiate self-exclusion, sign in to your Orisbet account, access your profile details, select Self-Exclusion, choose the duration, and confirm. Upon confirmation, access to the account will be blocked for the selected period.

Effects during the self-exclusion period

During the self-exclusion period you will not be able to log in to your Orisbet account or engage in gambling activities on the platform. If you have open bets, settlements or transfers, those matters will be managed in accordance with the platform's risk controls and the applicable Terms and Conditions.

Reactivation or extension

At the end of the selected self-exclusion period, access to the account will be restored unless you have opted to extend. If you wish to terminate self-exclusion earlier, you may request termination via your profile, subject to identity verification. Reactivation may take up to 24 hours to complete after the request is submitted and verification is completed.

Cross-product and multiple accounts

If you hold more than one account with Orisbet or have linked profiles, self-exclusion should be applied to all such accounts to ensure comprehensive protection. Orisbet may enforce cross-product self-exclusion in accordance with this policy and applicable regulatory requirements.

Data handling, privacy, and KYC/AML

All self-exclusion records are retained and processed in accordance with Orisbet's privacy and data protection policies and applicable KYC/AML obligations. Initiating, extending, or terminating self-exclusion does not suspend these obligations. If reactivation requires identity verification, you must complete the appropriate checks before access is restored.
